Refund policy

At ExamSiddhi.com, we ensure that all our books are thoroughly checked and packed securely before dispatch.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy: All sales are final. Once a book is delivered and accepted by the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed).

2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we will provide a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must record a clear Unboxing Video from start to finish without any cuts or pauses.

• You must contact us at adityarajpublication@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof. We are also available on WhatsApp at 9795962010 

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.

3. Refunds (If applicable): Refunds are only provided if an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, no cancellations or refunds will be processed. If an eligible refund is approved (e.g., out of stock issue), it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
